PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS AS LISTED ON YOUR PAYPAL TRANSACTION - I HAVE NOW HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH BUYERS NOT UPDATING THEIR ADDRESSES, AND CARDS BEING LOST IN THE MAIL.
The shipping prices currently listed only apply to orders within the United States. If you would like to order cards to be shipped out of country, (which we are very happy to do) please contact us via the contact form page, so that we can determine the appropriate shipping + handling, prior to placement of order.
fold accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all via PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account - just follow instructions on the paypal site. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but items cannot ship until your check clears. Please contact us if you have any questions.
All orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of ordering (much sooner for smaller orders). As these are handmade items, we make everything to order- and we need time to make sure that you cards are beautiful things to treasure! If there are any delays, we will notify you via email. All orders smaller than $50 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders will be shipped at fold's discretion - generally USPS first class, or via Fedex ground. If you need to receive you items more quickly, please contact us to discuss.
As all items are made to order, we will not accept returns for reasons other than damage- if an item is damaged, we will be happy to exchange the damaged goods for new ones.
Please verify you paypal shipping address when placing your order- by purchasing from this site you are agreeing to take responsibility for cards lost in the mail due to an incorrect address listed in the paypal transaction.
